Individual Therapy
One to one therapy supporting individual needs. Sessions are tailored for the client and their goals for therapy.
Individual therapy is offered via telephone, video call and online on a secure platform.
Group Counselling & Psychotherapy
Group sessions are offered to companies, organisations, and institutions. Sessions can be offered as contractual or on an ad hoc basis.
Group sessions are facilitated online on a secure platform or in person.
Workshops
Intra Wellbeing
A workshop focussed on mental health awareness. The workshop is suitable for companies, organisations, and institutions.
Routes Therapeutic Consultancy
A partnership consultancy providing race and culture workshops. Suitable for companies, organisations, and institutions.
Intra Family
Interactive family workshop centred in improving family dynamics. Suitable for any families; participants must have a minimum age of sixteen.
Workshops are facilitated online on a secure platform, or in person.
