A free 15-minute consultation is initially offered. The consultation allows us to discuss your needs and expectations. It is a space to explore and identify if Intra Therapy is the most suitable service for your requirements.
Individual Therapy
Assessment: 60 mins- £100
1:1 sessions: 50 mins- £75
Group Sessions
Assessment: 90 mins- (starting from) £215
Sessions: 120 mins- (starting from) £200
Maximum of six participants
Concessions
Concessionary rates are offered to charities, individuals who are unemployed, receiving benefits, students and mothers receiving statutory maternity pay. Rates are assessed on an individual basis.
