What is IntraWELLTH?

We don’t do tick-box exercises. We design spaces for real, lasting change — rooted in truth, story, and psychological safety.

Develop WISDOM and EMPOWERMENT for LIBERATION to LIVE THRIVE and HEAL

IntraWELLTH is a transformational wellbeing model designed by UK psychotherapist, author, and consultant Marcelline Menyié. Rooted in both lived experience and clinical practice, IntraWELLTH redefines wellbeing as more than just external practices- it’s an internal ecosystem of emotional, cultural, and psychological wealth.

While traditional approaches often focus on surface-level fixes, IntraWELLTH ventures inward, inviting people and organisations to collectively develop resilient, inclusive and sustainable cultures of wellbeing.

Why IntraWELLTH Matters

In a fast-paced world, we’re often told to ‘manage stress,’ ‘boost productivity,’ or ‘be well’- without addressing the structural, cultural, or emotional realities that shape our lives.

IntraWELLTH challenges this by asking:

  • What does wellbeing look like through the lens of race, identity, and lived experience?
  • How do we nurture mental health from within rather than perform it on the surface?
  • What becomes possible when we prioritise internal richness over external appearance?

This isn’t self-care for show. It’s self-awareness for change.

What is IntraWELLTH?

The Four Pillars of IntraWELLTH

Each experience of IntraWELLTH is tailored, but our work draws from four key pillars:

  1. Emotional Wealth
Cultivating self-awareness, emotional literacy, and regulation in a compassionate, grounded way.
  2. Cultural Wealth
Honouring the wisdom of lived experience, heritage, identity and community as key to wellbeing.
  3. Psychological Wealth
Building resilience through therapeutic insight, narrative practice, and trauma-informed care.
  4. Relational Wealth
Fostering spaces of connection, safety and mutual respect — in teams, organisations and communities.

Our Approach: Anti-Oppressive. Trauma-Informed. Creative.

IntraWELLTH is more than a framework- it’s a call to action. We integrate:

  • Narrative therapy & storytelling for identity and healing
  • Anti-oppressive practice to address race, power and marginalisation
  • Psychodynamic & integrative psychotherapy to unpack unconscious patterns
  • Cultural consultancy to support equity in organisational systems
  • Creative tools like metaphor, visual mapping, and embodiment

We offer this through keynote speaking, workshops, 1:1 therapy, and organisational consultancy– always adapted to suit the needs of those we serve.

Who Is It For?

IntraWELLTH is for individuals and organisations ready to move beyond box-ticking.

  • Organisations looking to embed psychological safety and inclusive wellbeing
  • Therapists, coaches & educators seeking a holistic, culturally aware model
  • Leaders who want to build emotionally intelligent, resilient teams
  • Communities & individuals ready to unpack generational patterns and reclaim their stories

We work across the UK and globally.
